We believe every kid who wants to ride should have the chance.
The CNY Sharks are committed to making mountain biking accessible to all youth, regardless of a family’s financial situation. If paying for registration or gear would make it hard for your child to join the team, we encourage you to apply for financial assistance.
Our goal is simple: get more kids on bikes.
What We Can Help With
Loaner bike referrals — While we can’t guarantee a bike, we’ll do our best to help families find one through our coach and community network
Program registration fees — Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons
Basic equipment support — Helmets, water bottles, bike tools, and repaur kits
How It Works
- Fill out our short request form – No need to list your annual income or your financial situation unless you’d like to. If you ask for help, we’ll do our best to support you.
- Tell us what kind of support you need.
- We’ll follow up – One of our board members or head coaches will reach out within a week to discuss next steps.
All information shared is kept confidential and only seen by the board members reviewing requests.
